8-10 Minute Handstand Practice

Note: Choose between wall walks, handstand holds, handstand push-ups, and handstand walk practice. If you don’t feel comfortable, try some pike walks out. 


Accumulate the Following:

12 Wall Walks (100’ Handstand Walk)

20 Power Cleans

120 AbMat Sit-ups

Rx+: Handstand Walk, 185/125, 60 GHD Sit-ups

Rx: ½ Handstand Walk or 12 Wall Walks, 155/105, Sit-ups

Intermediate: 8 Wall Walks, 105/75, Sit-ups

Beginner: 12 Wall Walk Attempts, 65/45, ½ Sit-ups

Note: Workout can be broken up however you’d like. Suggested breakdowns would be either: 2 Rounds: 6 Wall Walks (50’), 10 Power Cleans, 60 AbMat Sit-ups OR 4 Rounds: 3 Wall Walks, 5 Power Cleans, 30 AbMat Sit-ups
