20 Russian Twists

5 Overhead Squats

*Build in OHS weight across sets. Get moderately heavy, but do not fail any reps


Note: A good, long interval training workout. Pick a semi-conservative pace on the row, and use a plate or a dumbbell to hold for the Russian Swings.
