12-15 Minute Handstand Walk Practice

(Scaling Options: Crab Walks Against Wall, Wall Walks, Handstand Holds, Pike Position Holds)

Note: Use this time to focus on your positioning upside down. If you are fairly familiar and comfortable with the position, try to work on the next hardest scale up until handstand walking.

Note: A workout from the Mid Atlantic Championship over the weekend, this one should move very quickly. Try to have the clean and jerks all be touch and go and focus on pacing the burpees to allow you to keep moving.
