Note: This workout is meant to focus as two quick movements followed by a steady pace of burpee box jump overs. Pick a height that you haven’t tried before in a workout, even if that means adding a 10# or 25# plate to the top of the box. Should hit anywhere from 5-10 burpee box jump overs per set.
