Bench Press 1x Bodyweight
Power Clean .75x Bodyweight
Deadlift 1.5x Bodyweight
*50 Double Unders after Each Round/Team (100 Single Unders)
Note: A hero workout also known as the “three bars of hell”, teams will break the reps up between partners. If the weights seem too heavy, pick weights in which you can do at least sets of 5 of each when fresh to allow teams to keep moving. At the end of each set, members will perform 50 double unders or 100 single unders.
