Barbell Split Squats: 3×10 (Each Side)

Note: This is a deload week since we maxed last week. Take the chance to get familiar with the split squats (new strength movement), and we will do our pre-tests next week. 

WOD: 

Every 4:00 x 5 Sets:

50 Double Unders (100 Single Unders)

100’ Shuttle Run

10 Back Squats

100’ Farmers Carry

*Score: Heaviest Farmers Carry

Rx+: 225/155

Rx: 165/115, ½ Double Unders

Intermediate: 135/95, Single Unders

Scaled: 75/55, 50 Single Unders

Note: Pick a lane for the shuttle runs and farmers carry and stick to it. Be mindful of individuals running around you and place jump ropes outside of the rig.
