5 DB Thrusters/Side

Note: Equipment at home will be limited, but try to pick a scale that allows you to finish each interval in approximately 2:30-3:00. Rounds will start every 4 minutes. If you would like a little bit of a challenge, use a weight for the Russian twists and place your hands behind your head for the leg raises.
