Steve’s Dynamic Warm Up




20 Deadlifts (Kettlebell or Dumbbell)

20 KB Swings

10 Burpees

AMRAP Push Press


5 minute abs

5 minute stretching 

Note: This workout is going to function as 5 distinct segments. Each segment starts with 20 deadlifts, 20 kettlebell swings, and 10 burpees before the push press. There will be a 1:1 work/rest ratio, so for the first round you will work for 3 minutes and then rest for 3 minutes. The second round will again be three minutes, and the last 3 rounds will all be 2 minutes of work and 2 minutes of rest. Your score will be the total number of push presses that you performed. The goal for this workout is to sprint as hard as you can for each segment.
