Warmup:

12-15 Minute Member Stretching
Skill:

Handstand/Pushing Work

(Handstand Push-ups, Handstand Walks, Ring Dips, Etc.)

WOD:

30 Minute EMOM

  1. 5 Ring Dips
  2. 25 Single Unders
  3. 15 Sit-Ups
  4. 12 Jumping Lunges
  5. Rest

Cooldown:

Stretching

Note: The last warmup workout before our final week of the open. Make the most of the day by working on building strength in the ring dips. If you need to scale, you can use bands to help assist.
