10 Curtsy Squats

:30 Squat Hold on Rig (Perfect Form)

6 Ring Rows


5 Rounds:

100’ Farmers Carry (2 HEAVY Kettlebells)

10 DB Pec Flys

6 Strict Ring Dips (can be foot assisted)

-Rest 1:00-

Note: Pick two moderately heavy kettlebells to perform the farmers carries with. If there are not enough DBs for the pec flys, you can use 5 or 10# plates. Make sure to keep your back tight and focus on solely activating your chest and arms for these.

12 Minute AMRAP

10 DB Front Rack Reverse Lunges
