Dynamic Warmup

Rope Climb Practice


10 Minute Toes to Bar Practice

Note: The main focus of this practice will be working on stringing reps together and not getting overextended during sets of toes to bar.

20 Minute EMOM:

  1. 1 Rope Climb
  2. 10 Sandbag Squats
  3. 16 Jumping Lunges
  4. Rest

Note: A good workout to practice rope climbs since we don’t get much of an opportunity usually. There will be practice ahead of time to focus on the leg lock as well as trying to get members their first rope climb in a long time.

15 Supermans
