PinkU Japanese Street Food, 12/7/20

This week’s Diversity-Owned Business Spotlight is PinKU Japanese Street Food. It’s conceived and owned by business partners John Sugimura and Xiaoteng Huang (he goes by “X”). Together they’ve created high-end Japanese cuisine in a fine-casual setting. The portions are made so you can order a few and share (or not). Start with crispy shrimp with radish noodles and don’t forget the gyoza. The spicy tuna crispy rice is something I always get. If I’m eating with someone else, I get extra so I have a full order (2 pieces) to myself. Two of my favorite rolls are the salmon tuna crab and the Yuzu tempura roll. Not a fan of sushi, there are other options as well. You can tell by the quality of the seafood that they get it fresh daily. They also have Weekend Specials-get them before they sell out.
