Find a 1 Rep Max Deadlift

Note: Just like with last Friday’s max, take about 15 minutes to warm-up. Both conventional and clean grip deadlifts can be used. Brace before the lift and keep a tight midline before you lift. 

Test #1:

Max Height Box Jump (Scaled: Max Height Box Step Up)

Note: If you are doing box step ups, try to see if there is any difference in which leg you step up with.

Test #2:

Max Effort 1,000 Meter Row (Scaled: Maximum Effort 1.5 Mile Bike)
