Barbell Cycling: Week 2

10 Complexes:

Hang Snatch + Power Snatch + Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat

Note: Each complex will only be completed once per set. Be wary when transitioning from power snatch to snatch balance. Build in weight across sets.


For Time:

40 Double Unders 

Rx+: 135/95

Rx: 115/85

Intermediate: 95/75

Beginner: 75/55
