*Weight can be taken from the rack

5 Overhead Squats (50% of weight above)

25 Double Unders (35 Single Unders)

10 KB Swings

Note: First day back after “open” season, we are going to spend the next few weeks building up on overhead strength both via lifting and gymnastics. Workout should take anywhere from 12-18 minutes
