Intermediate: Leg Raises, DB Push Press (50/35#)

Scaled: Knee Raises, DB Push Press (35/25#)

Test #2:

For Time: 

100 Bench Press

*Every Break: 200 Meter Run

Rx+: 135/95

Rx: 115/80

Intermediate: 95/65

Scaled: 75/55

Note: Upper body testing day. For the bench workout, choose a weight that you can do all of the reps in 6-8 sets maximum (13-20 reps per set).
