3RM Height Box Jump 

Note: Jump up, then step down to jump up again. No more than 10-15 seconds between jumps. 

Test 2: 

Max EMOM (Max 30 Minutes): 

Odd Minutes: 10/8 Calorie Row

Even Minutes: 10 Burpees

Rx+: 12/10 Calorie Row, 12 Burpees

Rx: As Written

Intermediate: 8/6 Calorie Row, 8 Burpees

Scaled: 7/5 Calorie Row, 6 Burpees

Note: For the front squats, if you are not feeling a maximum lift today just push as far as you can. For the EMOM, shoot for at least 14-16 minutes, so scale the reps as necessary.
