Note: Happy 4th of July! To celebrate, we will be doing a team workout. Using each of the movements listed above, you and two others will try to accumulate 1776 reps. If you are a team of 2 or 4, just calculate out the reps per partner and perform that amount throughout class. Have some fun as a team.
