**Superset w/3 TALL Box Jumps

Note: Over the next few weeks, we are going to be focusing on full extension throughout our lifts. When performing the box jumps, think about getting tall and trying to jump as high as you can. Imitate this same motion throughout the push press sets as well.

Note: With the temperature in the 90s this week, most of the programming will involve quick movements with plenty of opportunity to rest and recover throughout the workout. Stay consistent.
