*5 Second Pause at the Bottom

*80-90% of 1RM

Note: This is our second to last week of pause squats before we test our back squat max. Focus on building familiarity at the bottom of the squat and staying tense throughout the movement.

WOD:
Death by Bar Facing Burpees:

Max EMOM (+1 Rep Every Minute)

Note: Workout will start with just 1 bar facing burpee in the first minute. Burpees will increase by one every minute until you can’t make the reps in the time frame.
