Rx+: 400 Double Unders, 70/53# KB

Rx: As Written, 53/35# KB

Intermediate: 75 Double Unders OR 400 Single Unders, 35/26# KB

Scaled: 250 Single Unders, 26/22# KB

Note: For the max jump rope, as soon as you trip you go back to the goblet squats. Use this as an opportunity to work on big sets, but it should take 4-6 sets total.
