Warmup:

10 Barbell Good Mornings

1:00 Easy Row

20 Banded Tricep Extensions

Strength: 

Build to a 1RM Back Squat (~15 Minutes)

Note: Athletes will have approximately 15 minutes to build up to a one rep max back squat. If you did the breathing squats, focus on maintaining that tension before squatting down. If you are nervous about overextending yourself, do a 3 rep heavy instead. 

WOD:

Every 2:30 Until Failure: 

250 Meter Row

3 Burpees Over the Rower

*Add 3 Burpees Every Round

Cooldown: 

Stretching

Note: The workout will start with a 250 meter row with 3 burpees over the rower (lateral). The workout will continue with an added 3 burpees per round until you cannot make the time limit.
