250/200 Calorie Row

Rx+: 365/275, 20/14# 

Rx: 275/215, 16/12# 

Intermediate: 225/155, 14/10# 

Scaled: 155/105#, Sit-ups 

Note: Partner deadlifts will be performed with one bar. If more comfortable using one bar, just use two barbells with half of the weight. If you want to go solo, just do 75 burpees and 125/100 calorie row.
