Squat Clean + Front Squat + Thruster
Note: Over the next two weeks, overhead movements will be incorporated into the strength. Have a lot of speed out of the bottom of the squat and drive hard to hit a heavy weight on that thruster.
25’ Double KB Walking Lunges
10 Burpees Over the Kettlebells
8 Double KB Swings
Note: Two new movements today, hold the kettlebells by your side when you do the walking lunges and pick a weight in which you can control both dumbbells on the swings. Use your hips to prevent overuse of your lower back.
