Rx+: 70/53# KBs, Double Unders

Rx: 53/35# KBs, Double Unders

Intermediate: 35/26# KBs, ½ DU or Single Unders, 12” Box

Beginner: 22/16# KBs, 50 Single Unders, 12” Box

Note: A little change of pace with the kettlebells. Everyone will be using the lowest box height to allow for heavier kettlebells. Workout is meant to tax the forearms, try to hold on!
