Strength (INSIDE):

Barbell Warmup

5 Sets:

2 Bear Complex

*Bear Complex: Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

*Note: The lifting will be 5 sets of two bear complexes performed unbroken. Build in weight across sets


“Running DB DT”

5 Rounds:

100 Meter Run

12 DB Deadlift

9 DB Hang Cleans

6 DB Push Press

Rx+: 50/35# DB

Rx: 35/25# DB

Intermediate: 30/20# DB

Beginner: 20/15# DB



Note: With the weather being so nice, we will spend more than half of the hour outside. The only time inside will be to do the lifting complexes. For the workout, pick a MODERATE DB weight. You should be able to consistently sprint and do most of the movements unbroken.
