Warmup:

8 Minute AMRAP

10 Lateral Box Step Ups

:30 Hang From Bar

5 Push-up to Down Dog

:20-30 Handstand Hold
WOD:

Teams of 3:

Accumulate the Following: 

90 Handstand Pushups (30 each) (Scale: 40 Push-ups or 50 Elevated Push-ups)

75 Burpee Box Jump Overs (25 each)

90 Toes to Bar (30 each) (Scale: 40 Leg Raises or 50 Knee Raises)

90 DB Box Step Overs (15/side/person)

Rx+: 50/35#

Rx: 35/25#, ½ HSPU + Toes to Bar

Intermediate: 30/20#, Push-ups, Leg Raises

Beginner: 25/15#, Elevated Push-ups, Knee Raises
Cooldown:

Stretching

Note: Team workout to end the week. Break the rounds up however you would wish, but make the sets manageable to limit hitting a wall too early. If you want to complete the workout outside, do clapping push-ups for Rx instead of HSPU and hands behind head leg raises on the ground. Boxes can still be brought outside.
