Rx+: Start at 95/65, add 10# Per Set until Failure

Rx: Start at 75/55, add 10# Per Set until Failure

Intermediate: Start at 65/45, add 5# Per Set until Failure

Beginner: Start with the barbell, add 5# Per Set until Failure

Note: This workout will function as a strength test for athletes. After completing each strict press, you will add either 5 or 10# and go through the pushups and row again. Brace your core and make sure you are not pressing too far ahead of yourself or arching your back.
