Rx: 24/20”, 95/65

Intermediate: 20/12”, 65/45, 40 Single Unders

Beginner: 12” Box Step Overs, Barbell, 30 Single Unders

Note: This workout will get progressively harder with the increasing reps of snatches and double unders over time. Pick a moderate weight on the snatch that you could do a touch and go unbroken set of 5 while fresh. Communicate with your partner strategy that you would like.
