WOD:

Partner WOD (1 Minute On, 1 Minute Off)

4 Rounds: 

KB Swings

Push-ups

Box Jumps

Sit-ups

Rx+: 70/53# KB, 30/24” Box

Rx: 53/35# KB, 24/20” Box

Intermediate: 35/26# KB, 24/20” Box

Beginner: 26/18# KB, 20/12” Box

Note: This workout will function with a “you go, I go”. Partner 1 will try to accumulate as many KB swings as possible before switching at the 1 minute mark. Then, Partner 2 will do KB Swings as well. This will keep going back and forth for 4 rounds through all movements. Try your best to get the same amount of reps every round.
