Note: Start at about 60% and build in weight. This is meant to be a primer for the workout.

18.2:

DB Squats

Bar Facing Burpees

18.2A:

1 Rep Max Clean 

Rx+/Rx: 50/35# DBs

Intermediate: 35/25# DBs

Scaled: 20/10# DBs, Burpee Step Overs

Note: Both 18.2 and 18.2A will be completed in the 12 minutes. For example, if it took me 9 minutes to complete the first part, I would have 3 minutes to find the max clean. Set up the barbell to about 85% of your max so there is a quick transition. The first portion should take no longer than 8-9 minutes, so scale accordingly.
