Rx+: 135/95, 70/53#, Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups, GHD Sit-ups

Rx: 115/85, 53/35#, Pull-ups

Intermediate: 85/65#, 35/26# KB, Banded Pull-ups, Banded Ring Dips

Scaled: 55/45#, 26/22# KB, Ring Rows, Banded Ring Dips

Note: An annual tradition, choose from the following movements to accumulate 2,022 reps. You must do 1 rep of each of the following and a maximum of 400 reps of any movement. If you are either going alone or as a smaller team, each person will do 505 reps (i.e. team of 2 = 1,010 reps).
