Strength Pt. 2 (~10 Minutes):

1 Strict Press + 2 Push Press + 3 Push Jerk

Note: A short strength piece to build comfort pushing overhead. Engage your core throughout the movement and press your head through at the top.

From 0-13:00:

120 Calorie Bike

120 Wall Balls

From 15:00-30:00:

2,000 Meter Row

100 Push-ups

Note: This workout will be slightly different because both partners will be working at the same time. Partition the reps and switch however you need to. The wall balls and push-ups will likely be done before the cardio pieces, so once it is completed feel free to rest and switch off whenever.
