Teams of 2:

20 Alternating Full Rounds (40 Minute Time Cap):

6 Front Squats

10 Box Jump Overs

15 Sit-ups

Rx+: 155/105, 24/20”, 10 GHD Sit-ups

Rx: 135/95, 24/20”, AbMat Sit-ups

Intermediate: 105/75, 20”, AbMat Sit-ups

Beginner: 75/55, 20”, AbMat Situps

Note: Each member will complete a full round before the other member goes (10 rounds per partner). Front Squats can be taken out of the squat racks since there are no movements on the rig in the workout. Keep in mind that you have a 1:1 work to rest ratio, so push the rounds that you have. Should be around 1:30-2:00 per round.
