Strength: 

Every 90 Seconds for 4 Sets: 

5 High Hang Squat Cleans

Note: Focus on pulling straight up and down and not using lower back to move the weight

WOD:

5 Double Unders (10 Single Unders)

*Add 1 Thruster and 5 Double Unders Every Minute

Rx+: 115/85

Rx: 95/65

Intermediate: 75/55, Single Unders

Beginner: 65/45, Single Unders 

Cooldown:

10 Minute Stretching 

Note: This workout is meant to tax each athlete’s barbell cycling capacity. Weight on the thrusters should be light enough to where they won’t get difficult until around the 7th or 8th minute. Both single and double unders will add 5 reps per minute.
