Starting at 10:00:

5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups/7 Pull-ups/10 Ring Rows

15 Burpees



Note: This workout will really function as two separate parts. The first one should be an ALL OUT sprint through the calories. More likely than not you will have at least 4-6 minutes of rest before starting the second part, so make use of that and then try to move as efficiently through the pull-ups and burpees.
