Each week we will spotlight a Diversity-Owned Small Business. While most may be restaurants, we will share other industries as well. Follow our posts (& IG) and learn a little about local small businesses that have global ownership. You may find your new favorite! This week, we highlight: Bap and ChickenAlmost 1 year old this month, the restaurant is a safe and tasty way for people to try Korean food. The owner, John is a Korean adoptee, raised in MN. He created a playful menu that marries his Korean culture with his midwest upbringing. Vegetarians, lots of options. Picky eaters, build your own. Try a Bibimbap (a Korean dish that starts with rice) and you can add tofu, chicken, spam, pork belly, etc. along with a soft boiled egg & any veggies! And the twice-fried chicken?- even delivery doesn’t dampen the crunch! Cheese curds-yum. You can safely do curbside pick-up or delivery! When ordering, mention that Top Gun Strength or Meghan sent you! Follow them here on FB or their IG: @bapandchicken Stay Safe & Stay Kind!
