10 DB Snatch (use a heavier object if you don’t have a dumbbell)

20 Sit Ups

30 Russian Twists

20 Sit Ups

10 DB Snatch

Cooldown:

Stretching

Note: A little interval training today. Rounds will start every 4 minutes. The snatches should be moderately heavy, and if you do not have a dumbbell try to look for something around the house that you don’t mind using for a workout.
